By using Horóscopo Luna you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Horóscopo Luna offers astrological content for entertainment and personal introspection. It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your profile. We do not offer refunds for periods already started, except where required by law.

5. Content

Horóscopo Luna's content (horoscopes, interpretations, tarot) is created for entertainment. Astrology is not a science and results are not guaranteed.

6. Advertising

Free-plan users will see advertising managed by Google AdSense. Premium users will not see ads.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design and code of Horóscopo Luna belongs to its owners. You may not reproduce it without authorization.

8. Limitation of liability

Horóscopo Luna is not responsible for decisions made based on the service content. The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms with 15 days' prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Spain.
